A special online lecture on "معراج النبی صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم- اقبال کا محرک تخلیق" was organized by Iqbal Academy Pakistan on July 31, 2021

A special online lecture on "معراج النبی صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم- اقبال کا محرک تخلیق" was organized by Iqbal Academy Pakistan on July 31, 2021. Professor Emeritus٫ Delhi University Dr. Abdul Haq was the guest speaker while Haroon Akram Gill hosted. Dr. Abdul Haq covered the subject in a great manner, describing Allama Iqbal's devotion to the Meraj of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Dr. Abdul Haq said that Iqbal is a unique lover of the Prophet and Iqbal himself confesses that he has presented the pearls of the Qur'an in the garb of his poetry. He admits that all his thought revolves around the greatest personality of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) and the event of Meraj is the most important reference to the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Iqbal seems to have been affected by the Meraj from the very beginning. At the age of 23, he uses the words "O Adani" and "Kaaba Qousain" in his poetry to show his connection with the event of Meraj un Nabi. This relationship grew later. Iqbal has described the mysteries of the Qur'an in his poetry. Iqbal says that the journey to the throne is not difficult if one has the courage. He said that Iqbal has incorporated Meraj in his poetry in such a way that it has no precedent. Iqbal has proved by creating "Javed Namah" how this great event can be described. Although the address has been given to the son, but Iqbal has said that Miraj is the proof of revolution in the consciousness. Iqbal has mentioned Miraj Rasool separately in both Bang Dara and Zarb Kaleem. He also mentions Meraj in his prose which confirms his philosophical character. He says that it is a prophetic attribute to return with the manifestations of God in one's heart and to build one's nation and it is also a proof of the perfection of humanity and the perfection of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
