Glimpses of Iqbal's Concept in his Poetry

Have you not seen the democratic system of the West.

Bright faces and dark Changazian Heart

It is a miracle of the Church

That it has enlightened thoughts by artificial means

Politics has disengaged itself from religion

The Church could not retain its supremacy

Those living in the West, remember this world is not a shop,

What you consider to be worthwhile in this world

Will soon provide to be without any value

I have got such freedom from modern civilization,

That outwardly, it is free ,In reality it is bondage

From the centre of Oneness of Muslims is the West afraid

As their civilization is without such binding force

Depend the Muslim Ummah not on the West

As most superior among mankind are the followers of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H)
