From Western taverns the wines1 I take,
I buy for my head a great headache.
With the nobles of West I sat for days,
For me the worst days of my flameless
2 stays.

1.         The wines In Iqbals own terminology it means the culture and civilization of a nation.
2.         Flameless (be soz) which means without flame of love and taste. Its synonym could be emotionless (though not used in English language.
Unsparing nonchalant (without warmth), cool un-enthusiastic, insipid (lifeless) do not convey the sense of flameless (be soz).
