Look at the evils of the world around you and protect yourself from them. Our teachers give all the wrong messages to our youth, since they take away the natural flare from the soul. Take it from me that all knowledge is useless until it is connected with your life, because the purpose of knowledge is nothing but to show you the splendors of yourself!

1. To create a literary forum to promote the teachings of Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, the great philosopher poet of the East. He is one of the pre-eminent writers of the Indo-Pakistan subcontinent.
2. To hold Iqbal day sessions two times a year in the months of April and November.
3. To spread Iqbal’s universal message by writing articles and books.
4. It has been noticed that there is strong desire among the youth of the society to know as much as possible about Iqbal’s philosophy. Our aim is to provide them a fine literature to quench their thirst for knowledge of the vital aspects of human life based on the teachings of Iqbal.
5. We will also establish a library for research and academic activities of our members as well as for others.
6. The membership of Iqbal Academy is and will remain open for anybody who likes to become a member. The conditions for membership are:
   (a) He or she possesses literary taste,
   (b) expected to write articles or books on various topics/problem of the society or
   (c) to help the Academy financially. These are not rigid rules. We will welcome anybody who wants to be a member and would like to contribute in any way for the Academy.
7. A meagre amount for membership is following:
   Registration fee Kr.100,
   Membership fee Kr.500,- for the life. It is expected that those acquiring life membership will also be helping academy financially as the Academy has no other source of income to meet its expanses of arranging two Iqbal day sessions each year.
8. The affairs of the Academy are managed at present and will in future be managed by the board of a governing body from its life members who offer their services voluntarily and approved by the Chairman of Iqbal Academy Scandinavia (presently Mr. G. Sabir, the Founder of Academy).
